Beechwood Caravan Park York Terms and Conditions of site.

Bookings and Payments – full payment is required at the time of booking and reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations are subject to a £25 admin fee if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, no refunds if cancelled within 14 days. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

No arrival until 1pm on the day of arrival. Please advise us in advance of any arrival which will be after 6pm. Please note the reception is not manned full time.

On departure, sites to be vacated by 12 noon unless agreed prior to departure date.

Group bookings – No more than 3 pitches per group. If found on arrival to have made individual booking and then form a group, you may be asked to leave the park.

Minimum Stays – minimum of 1 night mid-week, 2 nights weekends and 3 nights across Bank and Public Holidays.

Fires/BBQs – No open fires of any kind are permitted. Barbecues are permitted, but must not be turned into an open fire after use and must be kept off the ground.

Please note dogs to be kept on a lead and closely supervised at all times whilst on site and not to be left unattended. Please pick up after them using the allocated dog waste bins.

No commercial vehicles allowed.

No loud music is to be played at anytime that may cause a nuisance to the other occupiers on the site. No unnecessary noise between 11pm and 8am.

No fireworks to be set off on any part of the site.

No Chinese candle parachutes or similar devices allowed.

No car or caravan washing on the site.

Children to be kept under close supervision at all times.

All rubbish to be placed in the bins provided.

Behaviour – Whilst on the park please respect other guests and their property.

The owner reserves the right to refuse entry, or eject from the site any person causing a nuisance or disturbance to the Proprietor or other clients on the site.

Beechwood Caravan Park York accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage to cars, caravans and any such vehicles left on the premises.

Any damage to property or any injuries must be reported.
